The fur is likely full of dust. My suggestion is to blow dry them with a hair dryer on 'no heat' setting. Face the dryer in one direction so the dust blows off and away from the heads.
Start with a blow dryer or canned air to remove dust. Then a damp microfiber cloth for any stains.
