Hi Chelsea, I never use oven cleaners or the self cleaning function. I clean it with warm water and baking soda. I was he the racks with Dawn dishwashing soap. Comes out fabulous! Hope that helps.
Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide make a good scrub. If mild issues, hot water and blue Dawn. I've also used marble paste on mine. My favorite solution is GP66 which is a food safe degreaser. I spritz on a microfiber towel and wipe down. If there's a baked on splatter, I let sit for 10 minutes then wipe away.
Here is an idea:
How do you make make snowflakes from clothespins
It would be best to put your question on it's own thread. It's now in the middle of a discussion about cleaning an oven. To put it as it's own thread, look at the top of your screen. It will say Ask Question on your computer or find where it says Ask on your phone. Tap or click on that, which will bring you to another page where there is an area to ask your question so that it will be highlighted on it's own. A lot more people will see it that way and you should receive many answers. Wishing you the best.
I use a wire spouge an kitchen oven spay an elbow grease .just leave to soak a while .give a good scrub, rince out with a cloth it will look black just repeat till it runs clear ..All done i use to hate cleaning my oven ..but this only takes 5 mins👍 ..hope it helps
I love using just baking soda and water - let it sit on the burned gunk for 30 minutes and then wipe off. It really works amazingly well!
