Hi Alex, there are lots of helpful tips here on how to remove a burn mark. Good luck!

You may be able to scrub this burn out with a toothbrush and a little bit of baking soda and water Alex. Then wash your sheet as you normally would. Chances are that this small burn has weakened the fabric and you will eventually get a hole. You could put a small patch over it or "darn" it on your sewing machine with a darning stitch.
If it was my sheet -after washing-I would try to disguise this defect with acrylic paint and fabric medium.
This is for a car, but you could see if either of these work: https://spotremoval.coit.com/how-to-get-burn-marks-out-of-upholstery
I'm not certain you can fix a scorch like that. The fibers have been burned even though there's no hole.
You can hand stitch it from the back to lessen its appearance or try cutting an inconspicuous piece and applying over the hole with iron-on fusible webbing
I would try hand stitching it from the back with matching thread. Or, you could patch it with a matching fabric.
