I do laundry at my Daughter's house and they seem to use the same system. Like it says 30 (units) for a quick wash, but it's much longer than 30 minutes?

Or just a block of wood to level it. Just have the piece of wood large enough that the washer doesn't slip off during the spin cycle.
I think you can buy a new leveling leg if you can't fix this one. You may have to spray with with some WD 40 to loosen it.
I would measure and then cut a piece of wood to fit. Just be aware if there is any walking about by the washer this might not work well.
A new metal leg replacement may rust out again, level it and support it with a piece of wood.
Call the manufacturer parts department and get a new one. Try Repair Clinic.com they have everything.
