Which glue can I use to repair a peeling vanity top?
The bottom of my bathroom vanity is peeling up from the edges from all of the moisture. What is a good glue that adheres the best to fix the problem?

A good quality wood glue will probably be your best choice. Titebond 2 is my go-to. Make sure you lightly sand whatever you can get to and clamp it after gluing
After making sure you don't have a problem with excess moisture when you repaint the vanity use a paint made for high moisture areas. Do you have an exhaust fan?
E6000 works on everything
Wood glue if you can get it under what is peeling. Other solution is to add thin trim along the bottom covering up what is peeling. Another solution is to cut out the peeling and fill in with Bondo, auto body filler. Sand smooth and paint.
If you want to glue the edges back down, I recommend using Gorilla Wood Glue. You can get it at Lowe's for $3.98
Hi Sandy, E6000 will do the trick and it water resistant too once dry
If the above suggestions work that is great for you, other than that I would opt to replace the vanity with a product other than what it is made of, which sounds like it is not holding up for your family's use.
