How to Clean Soap Scum Off Shower Doors
I recommend a product called CLR. It changed my shower doors from cloudy to crystal clear. The trick to using CLR is to spray it on and walk away. Come back in 20 mins and wipe clean with a damp cloth. I am very happy with the results.

3 Ingredient Green DIY Soap Scum Remover for Your Glass Shower Doors
Baking soda and Dawn dish soap work wonders together!
If cleaners do not remove like CLR or Lime Away your glass shower door most likely has been etched by the minerals in the water. You know all those smooth glass doors that were trending?! I got a distorted textured one intentionally because of that. Even though I love the look when it’s new (and clean) I was not going to be wiping down shower walls after every shower and I knew eventually the mineral in the water would permanently etch it. Happens to drinking glasses in the dishwasher.
Here are 3 options:
Cut a grapefruit in half, cover with kosher salt and use as a scrubber.
Lysol Power Scum cleaner in the blue trigger spray bottle with a Magic Eraser or a scrub brush.
Wet & forget shower for a slower, no scrub solution. You can use 2x a week to accelerate the cleaning process then once a week to keep it clean.
One you get the soap spots off, use a car wax like Rain X on your walls/door. It helps to repel the minerals and junk off for longer.
I use this all around cleaner in the bathroom. Works like a charm.
Heat up 1 cup of white vinegar, mix in about 1/4 cup of Dawn Premium. Not the dollar store kind, because it is too thin. When mixed, pour into a spray bottle and fill with water. Shake. Spray down the grout and let it sit overnight. In the morning rinse. If you have stubborn stains, spray again. Use this mixture a few times a week. It will keep your grout and tiles clean. Also works wonders in the toilet bowl to keep hard water stains at bay. Oh you only have to heat the vinegar one time when you add the Dawn.
if all else fails you can try CLR, but use it in a well ventilated room.
If you cannot get the water spots off you can clean it as best you can and buy etching cream, and permanently etch the entire shower.
