What durable paint should I use to lighten the color of a moss rock waterfall?
Probably a marine or pool paint if it’s constantly exposed to water conditions.
I agree a marine paint if it's going to be constantly wet
I would say an epoxy paint to withstand constant water contact. You can also use acrylic paint sealed in epoxy resin. Make sure what you use is non toxic to fish and plants
Hi Don. Rustoleum makes a a marine paint. You can find it at Wal Mart for $20 per quart. And it has 5 stars. Good luck Don.
I would look to the marine and pool paints. Would it be possible to add some lighter rock?
Look for exterior paint, marine and non-toxic. Try Walmart or Amazon.
Here's a post that might help - http://buildingbluebird.com/fireplace/
Michaels carries a marine paint called Artminds.
Hi Don, I hope this helps you out,
Rustolium or try paint for exterior houses should stay good.
I would try can spray paint.
Consider doing a limewash instead of a regular paint job.
