Here's a free pattern you can download. Just make sure you attach a filter or cotton material on the inside of your crocheted mask.

Both of the above crocheted face masks look nice and I would highly recommend a filter, it would be the actual filter that would provide the protection and not the mask. There are many types of yarns with many different characteristics which may or may not make it a suitable choice for your purpose.

A crocheted mask without the proper lining is like not wearing one at all. If you find a pattern for one, please line it with the proper material.
Crocheted face masked are not suitable for viruses. You need a a very tight weave for your fabric and at least 4 layers thick.
