Hi, Anna,
I can't address natural ingredients, but washing your exterior windowsurface (and washable sills) with a very sudsy solution of warm water and Blue Dawn has significantly reduced the problem of stink bugs entering. You may need to examine your caulking and weatherstripping around your doors and windows, replacing as needed.
We've had issues in the past and I've gotten them reduced. Here are a few things we did:
Make sure we have all the windows and around doors sealed. Put out lavender, they don't like the smell of it so I put bunches in every room in the house. Lay out a white, damp towel outside near the entrance. They are drawn to it and will land on it. Each morning, squash them in the towel. Dampen and leave out nightly. The population will decrease rapidly.
Here's some info I found. I hope it's helpful to you.
