Hi Lizzie, you can use Oxalic acid from a pharmacist. It takes it off instantly. Pour the granules into the cistern or mix them in water and scrub the stain. Please wear gloves.

The Works toilet bowl cleaner. I've never found anything more incredible than that stuff, use gloves though when working with it though and be careful!
Tried that and it doesn't work. It cleans the bowl but not the jets.

You have to clean out the small holes under the rim. I use a thin nail and go around and unclog the holes. I also use CLR to get rid of rust stains. If all else fails, drain your tank and clean it out thoroughly Do not put any chemicals in the tank you can ruin the insides.
