How to un-stuck Dewalt drill chuck?
I’ve had 2 very strong men not be able to get my Dewalt drill’s chuck to open up. Is there a tiny set screw or Allen bolt that I can unscrew to take off the whole assembly?
Will look on their website and see if I can have the factory repair it reasonably and what kind of lifetime warranty it has. Am not interested in spending big money on new one.

I would check with the manufactuer online. If you email their customer service they should be able to tell you how to do it for your specific model.
The chuck is attached to the drill with a set screw inside the chuck. So it needs to be opened up to be removed. Here are some videos that might help
