Used a paint sprayer when refinishing my cedar chest and the results are beautiful. Just make sure to use a good primer first. It is also much easier to take the cabinet doors down first.
Maybe this would help! :)
It will give you a beautiful finish!
It will make them look very even

I would be masking off everything you don't want paint on, the walls, floors etc. with plastic sheeting and tape. Remove all the drawers and doors to garage or outside on a nice day.... I use 5 gallon kitty litter buckets.
Keep in mind that the minute particles of spray paint can cling to everything, even if you do not see where they are going.
Proper and thorough preparation is the key to greater chances of success with the project.
Hello there,
Do Protect all areas (including yourself) that you don't want the spray to get on!
Might be a good idea to practice spraying something outside until you get the hang of the technique!
Spray painting is definitely the best option for painting cabinets. Make sure to mark (number) all the doors on the inside with painter's tape and correspond inside the cabinet. Secure all hardware in a sealed container. Clean and prep properly. TSP is great for this. Get a good cabinet paint, I would check out Sherwin Williams.

Hi Linda, have you considered removing the doors and drawers from you base cabinets and spraying them in a "spray room" you've built in your garage area? It is really difficult to mask off a kitchen well enough to actually spray inside of a home....ask me how I know You could paint the framework of the cabinets using a brush and spray the removable items in another area that's been well prepared.
