Can I use Sadolin superdec?
I'm looking for a long lasting woodstain for my garden fence. The one I previously used did not last long at all and I really do not want to repaint every few years. This Sadolin Superdec has a 10 year performance. has anyone used it or know a better alternative? Thanks in advance.

I haven't used that or even heard of it. However, I used an asphalt fence paint "fence-post" that has been fabulous. It's a difficult product to apply because of the asphalt and only produces black but it is hands down fantastic.
Hello. That is a great question. Very wise of you to investigate personal use experiences.
Sometimes on Amazon there might be Q&A’s and reviews that could be helpful with direct product search. I find it helpful in my product choice to review commentary there.
Also I purchased a wood deck stain that was highly rated for 7 years and it failed to perform so personal reviews and recommendations are very important to me— its a very wise things to investigate.
Never heard of that one.
Here are ratings for Bob Vila tested outdoor stains. https://www.bobvila.com/articles/best-deck-stain/
I put a small percentage of my judgement on other people's ratings. I do read them on Amazon but just like anything, ratings are left to the general public and not all of them graduated in the top of the class. Some people give ratings based on things that make no sense. A 5 rating turns into a 2 because "it didn't match their pillows" not the product's fault, or"it was darker than what I wanted", but no one picked the color but them! Take them with the grain of salt.
Hi Tim its been my experience (living in northern MN) that its a losing battle for us here. I helped my mom apply an extremely expensive two step deck treatment. The first was a stain, the second was a sealant and it only lasted two years in our climate. If I were to do our fence or deck in the future I would look for a basic outdoor wood stain or choose a white wash to spray on. The sealants do not last here so I wouldn't bother. Just my experience :) Good luck!

I googled the product you are asking about and it has excellent reviews; however, I've not used it personally. Five star reviews on a couple of sites, which is the highest rating. Sometiems it is more time and cost effective to buy a superior product, so I'd likely give it a try.
Sounds like a good product. Basically available in the UK. Weather and environmental conditions may not last the 10 year performance claim. Some sites say 8 years. Proper preparation is the key. Give it a try and it may surprise you.
Thompson’s water seal comes in colors use that .
Never heard of it, we've used Thompson's Water Seal in a tinted color for years on our wood and have been pleased.
