Make sure that your curtains can be dyed. Most natural fabrics can be dyed without a problem, but many synthetic fabrics do not accept dye quite as easily.
yes use Rit Dye for any type of fabrics you can find it at the grocery store, walmart, etc.

Rit dye works well, the package will guide you. If you have a question in your mind if the fabric will accept the dye, test it on a swatch first.
Sure. Check first to see what kind of fabric they are and purchase dye based on that. You can’t use dye for cotton on synthetic fabrics.
