Bottle tree?
Hi Lin, Love your bottle tree ! I'm not crafty but I tried & made one from a tomato cage. I put it in my front yard but I was only able to find like 6 different color bottles . Where did you find all those bottles? And what did you use for the wire base> The tomato cage can only hold about 5-6 bottles. Your's is beautiful & full. Can you give me some info about your tree? Thank you so much !....Madeline

I would check with your local transfer station actually where they recycle glass bottles. You might be able to find a whole bunch of different colors for free!

Hi Madeline, you need to ask your questions beneath the project posted. This is a general area and the prson who did the project may not see your questions here.
you can buy the bottles at dollar stores, walmart or get friends and neighbors to save wine and water bottles for you
You could drop a bit of paint on the inside of a clear bottle and swirl around for unique bottles to add to your project.
The presenter of the project would love to hear from you, just go back to that project and ask, there is a spot for questions right under the project.
Lately we have been seeing some beautiful wine bottles that are actually painted with designs, Trader Joe's carry them in states where you can buy wine in grocery stores and their prices are not bad. Check out your local liquor stores and see if you can find any you like, maybe have a wine gathering and use the empties.

Hi Madeline. The bottle tree on the left is mine and it was made of wrought iron. I got some of the bottles from my friends that work at a bar. I also put some pink and white paint in the one at the bottom right. The orange ones were found at an antique mall. I think you were really asking about the tree on the right which was just one I found a pic of on the Internet. You can do a search on Google and find lots of colored bottles. Good luck and I would love to see how yours turned out if you can post a pic.
I didn’t make the tree but you could also paint the bottles with watercolors watered down so you could see through them and use a couple of tomato trees in diffrent sozes
