We put a decent sized dent in our new refrigerator during our attempt at moving into the kitchen ourselves. Any ideas on how to pop the dent out?

May want to try an call an mobile automotive dent removal service; works on cars, may work here.
  • Clay is right on with this. These guys may be able to help, but I doubt it on this type of surface. Once steel, regardless of type is dented it stretches. And often it is impossible to fix without all sorts of special equipment. Check with your insurance company. They may cover accidents such as this on your policy. Regardless of the method of repair, it will be expensive. Even more so if its a scratch type of dent.

Hi Carrie, you can try a bathroom plunger or canned dusters - the stuff you normally use to clean computers. Just hold or spray the dent for a minute or two, giving the stainless steel enough time to contract with the cold. It should just pop right out

Try heat. Use a blow dryer to heat the spot and heat it well. When the area cools the dent should pop back in if it isn't too bad.
