Douglas Hunt on Aug 15, 2012Many perennials set seed and will self-sow, Lisa. I'm not sure what you mean by planting them with the original plant to grow bigger. If you plant them next to the original plant, you will end up with a larger clump of echinacea or hellebore, for example, but the plants themselves will not be bigger.Helpful Reply
