KMS Woodworks on Sep 19, 2012My concern here is that even with some decent epoxy or so it will not be strong enough to support the tank bolts...if the tank is re-installed and then fails you will have a few gallons of water spilling out as the tank tips to one side because the bolt is gone. I would replace the bowl...you can get just the bowl part fairly cheap I have seen some is the 40 buck range.Helpful Reply

Woodbridge Environmental Tiptophouse.com on Sep 21, 2012I agree with Kevin, There are plenty of glues that would work, but for how long? Your better off replacing the tank on this. The damage the toilet would cause when it fails, (of course you will not be home when it happens) would cost you way more then what a new tank will in the long run.Helpful Reply
