Leftover ribbon
-
Cynthia H on Jul 14, 2015Use it for small gifts, crafts, etc. I often save small amounts of ribbon and use it. The jars are really nice by the way - you could do a project like that, too, if you haven't already, for yourself!Helpful Reply

Judy on Jul 15, 2015Store it in a mason jar until you can think how to use again. It will come in handy in the fall if you keep watching this site. pick up some screw on lids for the mason jars too, some will have a pump so you can use it for liquid soaps or lotions, very attractive.Helpful Reply

Xri1825771 on Jul 15, 2015I think that the best thing you can do with your leftovers ribbons..is....to cut them into petals..( the size ...you choose that )...put a good cover on the back side...on each piece..so when the glue dries the fabric will be harder and the remaining glossy spots will be at the back side. Then create flowers..gluing the petals onto the jars ribbons..attaching some pearls in the center. I also believe that the fabric desing on the flower must be different that the one on each jar. Play with the different burlap ribbons you have..and you will be amazed by the results.Your jars will be an artwork.Good luck...and I hope you'll give us the plesure to see the final step you'll choose....Many greeting from Greece..sorry for my English...Xrisa...Helpful Reply

Mary on Jul 15, 2015You could leave the jars decorated and make gifts such as a soup mix or cookie mix layered in jars. Fill with sewing related or other hobby items. Nail polish and files etc.Helpful Reply
