Good ideas for decluttering a bathroom w/ very little space?

My bathroom has very little storage and it always looks cluttered. I would love some ideas for cute ways to store cosmetics, medications and everything else that goes in a bathroom.

Do you have room to put a shelf above the door? If so, it's a great place to store towels & TP
I forgot to mentions use shelf brackets but put them on top of the shelf not on the bottom. That way you can utilize all the space above the door frame.
You can use an over the door shoe storage on the inside of the bathroom . Paint pretty things on the pockets and store anything you need to in it.
You can also take out a lof things from your bathroom - we did an inventory under our sink and a LOT of things there were not necessarily needing to be stored in the bathroom itself!
