I’ve been seen sites where they painted the tile. Check out YouTube and Pinterest.
Would not recommend it--you could use a Gorilla glue if you wanted but would do as above and paint it instead.
I also would just paint it like you want it. There’s so many different types of paint now that your local hardware could help you with the best type to cover your tiles. Good luck!
If it's only one row, the tiler should be able to pop them off. Then you can take your time and pick the right one.
