Can you tile on top of a border tile?

We picked the wrong border tile for our bathroom. It is white and clashes with the white of the counter top. We only needed a border tile because the counter top wasn't square and we had chosen small hexagon tiles which showed the slope so the tiler asked us to pick a longer tile that he could cut but wouldn't show the slope but we picked the wrong color white. It is set now but how can we fix the colour?

I’ve been seen sites where they painted the tile. Check out YouTube and Pinterest.
Would not recommend it--you could use a Gorilla glue if you wanted but would do as above and paint it instead.
I also would just paint it like you want it. There’s so many different types of paint now that your local hardware could help you with the best type to cover your tiles. Good luck!
If it's only one row, the tiler should be able to pop them off. Then you can take your time and pick the right one.
