How to cover ugly Hollywood bathroom lighting

We have Hollywood lighting in our bathrooms, which I hate. Are there any retailers in the DC area that carry fabric shades that can cover them? I am not in the position to replace the light fixtures at this time.

You could box them in with a textured plex-a-glass in white or a color, but you would have to make a frame out of ply wood to insert it in, and probably have to paint it too. Could also try curving it around the lights and securing it with one by strips probably have to removing the globes that are own there now.
