How do I find a queen size murphy bed with fold down table kit?

I would like to install a queen size vertical murphy bed with a fold down table. I have not been able to find a kit to do this. Does anyone have any ideas? I would like to have slats under the mattress for support. Thanks in advance.

Thanks I would like the table to have the short side attached to the murphy bed so the table would extend out farther from the wall.
You can order the kits online in different sizes & styles.
Do you know the website? I couldn't find a website that had kits for vertical queen size murphy bed with a vertical folding table. The table would be open when the murphy bed is up.
