for the mold, 1/2 vinegar 1/2 water. bleach will kill the mold, but not the spores that spread the mold. vinegar will kill the spores. i have it made up and in a spray bottle. can you apply for any housing grants? check and see what is available in your area.
I would first address the leaks resulting in mold. This usually means either the roof which needs the gutters cleaned and maybe a repair to the membrane. The second source of water I've seen in MH is the windows. Make sure they are caulked and the drain/weap holes are clean.
Then I would fire off one of these to kill the mold.... https://www.amazon.com/Healthful-Home-FOG-U-Indoor-Fogger/dp/B01DWVS4EC/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1511663330&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=mold+fogger+bomb&psc=1
I would start by washing everything down, I use Dollar Tree Awesome Degreaser and Awesome Orange in the half gallon. Get a car sponge and rubber gloves. Mold spray with 10% bleach solution let sit until mold disappers, wipe clean and follow-up with some vinegar.
Storage.... make all your furniture pieces do double duty as storage like under the bed drawers or cubes, and even a platform bed. Ottoman storage cubes for coffee table or end tables. get used planks, 2by 4s Etc. Build shelves in corners and spare wall spaces.
Well since everything is getting replaced why don't you redesign your bedroom areas and build larger closets. Rooms will be smaller though. Or it just may be time to declutter or put clothes that are out of season in containers. I strongly suggest a visit to pinterest to learn about capsule dressing with what you own.Less clothes more options and less space needed. Maybe a closet system that you build with whatever materials are left so that you can have useful shelves and a hanging place for dresses and slacks the rest fold and put on boards. If you keep what's left from job you can save a ton of money also you can learn here and on pinterest how to build your closet.
I like using soda can tabs on my hangers so that I can use 1 hanger for a bunch of clothing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_oDfZx-cPs
