I would first address the leaks resulting in mold. This usually means either the roof which needs the gutters cleaned and maybe a repair to the membrane. The second source of water I've seen in MH is the windows. Make sure they are caulked and the drain/weap holes are clean.

I would start by washing everything down, I use Dollar Tree Awesome Degreaser and Awesome Orange in the half gallon. Get a car sponge and rubber gloves. Mold spray with 10% bleach solution let sit until mold disappers, wipe clean and follow-up with some vinegar.

Well since everything is getting replaced why don't you redesign your bedroom areas and build larger closets. Rooms will be smaller though. Or it just may be time to declutter or put clothes that are out of season in containers.
