How do I make a bench from a pallet?
Im trying to make a bench out of a pallet what is best to use screws or nails , and what kind or size

For outside use deck screws, for inside use drywall screws. Size is the length need to go thru what you are doing without totally going thru one side.

I would definitely use screws and as mentioned measure the thickness of the pallet boards to be ssure the screws aren't are long enough to screw the boards together where needed but no so long that they stick out of the boards. It would be best to pre-drill so the boards don't split.
