I want to make a potting table out of pallet wood.

I'd like to have a back on it to hang tools on, and a surface to repot the plants with a slide in plastic bin under the surface to catch the soil that's dropped.
There would be a cover over the bin that's removable. and a shelf or two under that for pots and potting soil, fertilizer, etc.
