You will want the shed to be waterproof, with an accessible firmly closing door, and anchored securely to a waterproof level base.
If you do not have any previous carpenter skills and all the necessary tools, I would suggest that you first check into and compare the cost of simply purchasing a ready made small metal garden type shed mounted into concrete pads.
