Is there way to limit number of steps to one or two?
How to eliminate the four steps to front entrance of my Raised Ranch?

It is harder for me to get up stairs to enter my house. I have Raised Ranch and would like to limit steps to one or none; maybe two if steps are not too high.

The easiest way, would be to have a ramp made that covers the steps. You could have it be permanent, or even leave it unattached, so it could be removed easily at anytime.
Without raising the “ground” and redoing all your beautiful planting’s, probably not. But I think you can accomplish a much more comfortable “stepping” experience with much larger steps.
They will give you a chance to stop comfortably
Perhaps you need a lower rise, even if it makes one more step. I understand your discomfort, but being able to take a step between steps is much easier, and a pleasure for one who occasionally needs a cane. These are almost more “landings” than steps.
You could move a bit further into your lawn and only displace a few planting’s.

How to eliminate steps in front of Raised Ranch house.
I only had 2 steps into my house, but when I remodeled, I had them put a ramp in. Even then, the roommate I had at the time, was having trouble with the 1 step to the tiny front step and then another into the house. Now, I can roll carts or wheelchairs right in only having to deal with a low threshold.
Install ramp. My son had that done for me. Best idea ever. You can you can use a walker. I use the seat to put packages on and eliminate the chore of takings items to and from the car. I also have shopping cart you can get on-line or Amazon. Good Luck
