How can I finish the roof under my deck (pic attached)?

My under deck roof is 12 by 30 feet long can I finish it with plywood and just paint it or is there a better product out there

    Plywood would work great. For a more classic look you could go for "Plybead" which is plywood that looks like beadboard. You could consider one of the corrugated plastics they're making now, it would be lighter so WAY easier to handle and then you could have total piece of mind if it ever got wet. And there is also tongue and groove but that's really labor intensive.

    I am wondering what kind of deck you have above your roof and how you keep rain from ruining what you already have constructed. Most deckboards have a space in between them so the water would seep down. Just curious! You state that this is an

    "under the deck roof" so I am a bit confused! It looks like a roof that is going "over" a deck area. If THAT is the case then you could use plywood and paint it with an EXTERIOR paint.

    I go with GrandmasHouseDIY. Plywood, beadboard plywood. Tongue and groove beadboard. I wouldn't go with corrugated plastic panels. Would look tacky with the beautiful construction you have.

    I think paint would look great.
