Do you want it freestanding or as an installed wall? Interior or exterior?
Do you have a jig saw or a table saw?
I would notch the edges 2x4’s or 2x6’s at angles, so that I could glue & tack nail 1x2’s on the notches, as my lovers, at an angle.
I would not make the studs more than 24” on center, as 16” is the standard for framing.
I would screw the bottom & top plates into the studs from the back sides.
If you have a lot of time on your hands, you can hand pick #2 Grade lumber that is straight in both axis. Or you can buy #1 lumber.
If this goes outside, then you must use treated lumber or cedar. Redwood is costly, but absolutely beautiful.
Also you’ll need coated screws and a double sole plate (bottom) and I would anchor bolt it into the patio or make a very wide base or feet for it.

Hi there, I would suggest you join them up and make a folding screen!
If you’re ok with “scrappy”, I’ve seen some interesting screens using old shutters of similar lengths joined with piano hinges to the needed length. You might also look in places like ReHabitat (used building materials) for discarded louvered doors that could be repainted, etc.
