How to make a small inexpensive privacy fence for condo patio. 4x6'?

Have a open backyard patio on concrete slab off of dinning room. Can see street from my patio and would like to add some privacy on the street side like a small fence. 4ft high by 6ft wide.

Get a staw/ bamboo blinds. Use then sideways with stakes , as privacy fencing
Thank you, but I don't think it would hold up to our strong winds here. Need something a bit stronger.
If you're part of a condo association, check to make sure they don't have their own requirements. Failure to adhere can result in fines from association.
I have seen fences made out of wooden plates on Pinterest. Some are stacked two high and others have been broken down and the wood nailed to wooden post.
