How to make a small inexpensive privacy fence for condo patio. 4x6'?
Have a open backyard patio on concrete slab off of dinning room. Can see street from my patio and would like to add some privacy on the street side like a small fence. 4ft high by 6ft wide.

If you're part of a condo association, check to make sure they don't have their own requirements. Failure to adhere can result in fines from association.
