Fantastic! What type of fence do you want? Wood? Metal? Combination? Any particular style?
Fencing depends on many factors. Where you live, in the city you may have ordinances. Call the city Hall. The location of doors to the outside, if you have a building you can hook into saves $. Usually 4 ft is enough height. Do you want privacy , will a wire fence do? Ask a male neighbor that has a fence they might be more accurate in helping with many of those questions and answers. Also depends on what $$ you have to work with. Some churches or neighbors, retired carpenter might also help you install. BBQ and invite friends.
Good Luck. Farm fence will keep her safe.
You also have property lines on where you can build check building regulations for your area before building. A few in our area had to tear down because of city ordnance and start over.
