You can set a bowl of vinegar, about 1 1/2 cups in the top shelf of your dishwasher and run through a complete cycle. Just set bowl upright filled with vinegar. It disperses as DW goes through cycles. The vinegar will break down the mineral buildup in your DW. You can also buy a DW cleaner dispenser made by FINISH and follow directions. If it is foodstuff on your glasses, you made need to get users guide and follow instructions for cleaning food debris from the strainer of your DW.

You might have hard water, and the minerals are etching the glasses, or your water is not hot enough,or there is a clog in the dishwasher arms . Try a rinse -aid like Finish and see if it helps.

Use Lemi-Shine. Don’t use the rinse additive, it sucks. Get the powder that you add to your detergent.. I’ve been using it for years and love it.

I fill the part that holds the rinse agent with vinegar and I have noticed that I have less white buildup in the stainless tub and glass things are loosing the white coating they get over time. I have only run the dishwater once since doing this, and I was impressed what it did in only one load.

The lady that sold us out dishwasher recommended a product called "Lemon Shine" she said to use it the 1st wash compartment about once per week (they make a rinse aid too) and especially when there are a lot of greasy dishes in there.... it helps keep the inside sparkly clean...

Also... your dishwasher needs a lot of hot water... if you pre-rinse and use hot water... wait about an hour before you run the dishes.... and run your garbage grinder after you pre-rinse... the stuff sitting in the top of it might be siphoning back into the dishwasher and being rinsed all over your clean dishes.

I run a little Clorox through mine with hot water ever once in a while.
