Get a sink full or little bucket and wipe the refrigerator with 1/4 cup of baking soda ,water, and dab of dish soap.
Put a couple of open boxes of baking soda into the fridge. Hopefully the smell didn't get into other areas. If you have paper towels or anything on the bottom of drawers, I would change them and anything that could have absorbed the odor.
Empty the fridge and try wiping out the inside with vinegar that is slightly watered down. If that does not do it, try a mixture of water and baking soda and wipe it down with that. Keep it empty for about a day - storing stuff in coolers, to help it finish airing out. After cleaning, you can put several bowls of coffee beans in there to absorb any leftover smell, or a lemon cut in half on a plate can be placed in there as well. Good luck!
Agree with both above. Wipe out with baking soda then set some in a dish open to absorb if needed
