Heat it with a hairdryer until warm, grab a corner and slowly peel. Reheat with hairdryer as needed. For the sticky residue left behind, try WD-40 or Goo-be-gone and a soft cloth.
Peel from the top, going as far down as you can. Then cut that part off, leaving a couple of loose inches to work with below. Use Goo Gone or a similar product and squirt some down behind the sticky film. Use thin motor oil or olive oil if you don’t have a solvent. Let it soak in half an hour, then start pulling off the next few inches, or as far as the film is loose. Use a plastic spatula or plastic knife to dig behind the film to help looses it. When you get to the next stopping point, repeat the steps, and soon you will have all the film off. Use a dry soft cloth to clean any remaining sticky stuff and the solvent or oil off the fridge. Best wishes ☺️
a blow dryer to loosen it will be the bet
Try using a blow dryer or heat gun on low and take a rubber spatula and work it on the inside to release it.
Try using a hair dryer to soften the adhesive
