How to clean under the glass top of an electric stove top?
I'm not sure of the name brand of the stove but you must be able to get under the glass top to clean the burns and skuz without getting electrocuted.
No, I've had two ranges with glass cooktops, they are sealed around the edges so there is nothing to clean out!
However, if you have a spill or boil over, be sure to turn off the burner, remove the pan and cool both so the mess can be safely cleaned. Leaving a mess on the burner and continue using it will likely leave dark stain that cannot be removed. My first glass top was a lighter gray color and some unknown substance became cooked on and left dark stains. When the oven went out on that range, I replaced it with another that has darker glass top, so far no stains! Lessons learned.
Enjoy your glass top!

How to Clean a Glass Cooktop and Get a Streak Free Shine
I have an off white electric stove with an off white glass top , have had it for over 15 years and the top look just like I bought it.
I use commercial cleaner make for glass tops. there are several good ones and a small plastic putty knife. I make sure I rinse it well with a damp sponge , then paper towel dry it.
C.J. is correct..the darker the glass top...the less you will get stains, but you still have to watch "cook-overs" & clean them after the top cools!!
