When I try to clean the porcelain tank parts of my toilet no matter what type of rag I use or cleaner it just seems to move it around and not pick it up! This has always perplexed me.. Thanks for any help

We use the same as Rosemary. Works good and sanitizes.

You need to use some elbow grease! A damp microfiber cloth will clean it fine, but you have to rub hard to break through the accumulation. Then clean at least weekly.

A dampened bit of Kleenex or TP always works for me. Then just toss it in the trash.

Good old fashioned baking soda. I use vinegar in a spray bottle then sprinkle the baking soda over the binegared parts and let sit until the next flush, it may take 3-4 applications but it works for me.

Spray entire outside toilet area with cleaner. Wipe with paper towels. They pick up dust & hair great!

I have the same problem ,the floor vent is right near the toilet and the moisture makes dust dander hair cling. Everyday I just grab tp...wipe..I understand the 'just moving it around' ....it is a habit now,I do it without thinking. 🤓
