Roll them back up!
You can roll them back up and stick them into the toe of an old panty hose/stocking. Run them through a wash and dry cycle to help them shrink back together...then remove them from the hose. Should be ready to go!
If it is new, return it, but if old, TIGHTLY rewind it and boil it for a bit to tighten it back up. I think I would also be tempted to wrap it tightly in nylon net until I am sure it is going to hold together.
Soak them in boiling hot Water to refelt them and throw them in the dryer to 'shrink' them back up.
