How do I get out stains in the bathtub that will not come out?

    If it is on the "floor" of the bathtub, take an old towel, soak it in straight bleach and lay it on the stain. Leave it there until the towel is dry. If the stain is really bad, re-soak the towel. Use gloves as straight bleach can be harmful to skin.

    Easy Off No Fume oven cleaner in the BLUE can. If that doesn't work the finish is worn and stains are permanent. Need to refinish tub. Rustoleum or Homax tub and tile paint kits.

    Hello Felecia. Make a paste of one part hydrogen peroxide and two parts baking soda. Lay this paste on the stained areas for at least one hour. Then wipe it all up with a damp cloth. Repeat if necessary.
