How do I get rid of moisture in one of my bathrooms?
Why does this one room in my home have so much moisture? It has no window and not sure if exhaust is vented to outside. Have been using dehumidifier.

Do u have exhaust fan in there that takes air to outside
You have answered your own question. If the exhaust is not vented to the outside, then the moisture is just hanging out in your bathroom. It could be an easy fix of replacing the exhaust fan though.
It is not vented outside but my roof has that ridge thing that's let's air out of attic
Leave the shower door or curtain open, and leave the door to this bathroom open. The vent you have may not be powerful enough to move sufficient dampness out of the bath. Consider replacing it with a better model. http://bestreviews.com/best-ventilation-fans Also try leaving your vent fan running longer after you finish bathing, and check your attic to make sure the vent exhaust isn't covered over with insulation.
I just don't understand why so much moisture...I don't even hardly use this bathroom
Your exhaust fan not venting outside is the problem. Purchase a newer model with better exhaust capability and an "Auto humidity sensor", then have a professional, licensed tradesperson install it to vent outside your home, and away from any overhangs.
Just an afterthought...have you checked your exterior/gutters/roofing/ siding/downspouts to insure you have no leaks or entrypoints for water? Even mortar cracks in brick can admit water over time. You may have water damage behind a wall due to an unseen water leak. Please have a plumber check it out if you think this may be the case. You don't mention age of your home or your location, but older piping may also be an issue.
