Here's some help if you have an acrylic tub:
https://newlywoodwards.com/cleaning-tub-surround-minutes-tackling-well-water-stains/
Make a paste of baking soda and white vinegar (if stains are bad sub bleach for the vinegar and let mix sit for several hours. Spread it on the marks and let sit for a few hours. The marks should come of easily.
But if that doesn't work time to go chemical on that stain and try Easy Off Oven Cleaner in the blue can.
Vinegar should help. Here's a link with more information:

Easy Off No Fume oven cleaner in the BLUE can. Works on enamel, porcelain, and fiberglass. Consider a water softener and iron filter

Wet & forget shower should be able to keep your tub clean. If you have really hard water, you might need to use CLR.
Depends on the stain. If iron stains use Iron Out. If just grimey, lime deposits or blue, I use Dollar Tree Awesome Orange in the half gallon, pour along the sides, let sit for 10 mins and then scrub with a brush.... I use a long handled extra toliet brush. A Mr. Clean eraser and some of the Fume-free oven cleaner in the blue can only will also get built up scum off. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iRovk066kXQ
I imagine they're mineral type stains so you could try CLR or something similar.
If it's a porcelain tub, I'd use Cerama Bryte.
