Why do we keep getting sewer smells out of our master bath sink?
We've done all the normal correction things to the drain & pee trap. We continue to get sewer gasses escaping after running the water for a minute, then a bit after it runs, it goes away, help!!!

Oh man, what a pain. Check out these tips and this page and see if you've done them all. Plumbing issues freak me out, so I think I'd call a plumber as much as I hate to fork over the cash.
You answered your own problem. When the drain is dry the gasses will back up through the pipes into your home. Either run water LONGER as you have been doing and more often or put a plug in that sink.
your sewer vent pipe needs cleaned out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZTJVn3vso8k
Chris,
Check the pitch of the pipe that comes after the trap going to waste. it should be angled down slightly. It's weird that you get the smell when you run the water and then it goes away. Water in the trap prevents the odors from coming back into a fixture. Other then that I agree it is a vent issue.
We had pipes to split in our crawl space awful sewage smells had to replace the pipes and no more smells
