How do I get mildew stains out of a cotton weae shoer curtain border?

I already tried laundry bleach, and it didn't work. It's along the top edge where it's held to the rod - quite the eyesore!

Soak in vinegar over night and see if that helps.
Start by cutting the lip off at the bottom, you don't need it. Then no mold will accumulate on the bottom.
Wash in warm water with white vinegar and baking soda!
