If there are any Little League Moms or Grandmoms out there who have a way of removing the grass and dirt stains from white and or grey pants, I would like to hear from you. I’ve tried everything and have been only semi-successful.

Make a paste out of an oxygenated cleaner like OxyClean or Awesome Orange and water. Leave on the stain for a couple of hours then run through a wash cycle.
Try Krudcutter that you can buy at Home Depot! That stuff is magic! It is a safe substance and even can remove dried latex paint! I used to use peroxide to lighten stains before I discovered this. However, I still use it to lighten carpet stain. Don’t do what I did, and decide bleach would work even better on carpet! It doesn’t! 🤪
Very similar to the previous comment that I just saw.

Fels Naptha bar. Wet the pants, then rub with the soap. Let sit for a few hours or overnight, and it will come out Like magic!
Directly apply Persil laundry soap to areas with heavy stains, rub in and then soak in very HOT water for a few hours. You may need to do this twice depending how deep the stains are, but after almost 20 years of washing baseball uniforms, I have found this is the best cleaner/stain remover. After soaking wash uniform in warm water with Persil as your detergent.
I swear by Awesome Orange --- I even use it instead of carpet shampoo in my carpet cleaner. Takes even the most stubborn stains out!
Fells Naphtha soap. Also soak in borax.
