Hello car, if the problem on the silk flower wreath is some dust, using a hair dryer outside on cool setting is often enough to clear the dusty material off the flowers.
There are several spray products available, made specifically for cleaning silk flowers. You just spray the wreath or arrangement and the cleaner "eats" away the dirt and dust. Here's a link for a few choices ... https://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=spray+cleaner+for+silk+flowers&tag=googhydr-20&index=aps&hvadid=213960706794&hvpos=1t1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=2870283707078313333&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=e&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9010188&hvtargid=kwd-347564066538&ref=pd_sl_7lb5sdfwku_e

Once a week or so I put my silk flower wreath in the shower and let the gentle setting spray it for ten minutes or so to wash off any dust etc. Then I lightly shake off the water and let it set in the dry air to evaporate the rest of the moisture on it. One of our showers has a handle sprayer and if need be, I use that to get to more individual parts of the flowers on the wreath. Hope this helps Car!
