Check your label & see if you can or can't use bleach on this item. If you can use bleach- that would be my go to- a bleach pen on the affected areas & then wash as usual. If not, try Joychevi's method.
I don't know the fabric, but this always works for me...first try a hand soap with lanolin...rub it in then rub with laundry soap. If stain is still there, add a little bleach spray cleaner to the mix. Rub or take toothbrush and scrub. The stain should be out. If you think the stain may be from grease substitute Dawn for cleaner. If you think it may be rust, substitute touch of lime away for cleaner. If you can try a bit on inside waistband or hem because of fabric. Good Luck!
