Removing rust
I was storing my daughter's mattress in the basement. There was a rusty water spill & the side of the mattress was sitting in it for 2 days. - did not saturate, only stained where it was standing. What can I use to clean it, it was expensive.

try powdered oxyclean for getting it at least lighter

Rust & Stain Remover by Whink will make rust disappear. It will remove color, so if that is important, do not use this. If your fabric is white, it will not discolor it. I have used this for years. Just be careful about using it on colored sinks etc.
