do you mean syrup? I think it depends on what kind of material, silk generally can't be cleaned with water but some seltzer might take out a stain.Helpful Reply -

If your serum is sticky, I would place folded paper towels on it and use a hot (but not steamy) iron on the paper towels until the serum is liquified and soaked into the paper. Keep changing the paper towels until all of the serum is gone. After the fabric is cooled down, use an oxygenated cleaner like OxyClean or Awesome Orange to remove any residual stains.Helpful Reply -
