Vinegar and water mixture. Also vinegar feminine hygiene douche works very well and is my preferred product. Wet the area well with the vinegar mixture. Let it stand about 15 minutes. Use a thick white towel to blot up the liquid from the wet spot. It will probably take several times to blot it up and you will need to change towels or reposition the towel each time to keep a dry towel over the wet area. Use a blow dryer on medium to dry the wet area. Leave the bedding off for a day or 2 to make sure it’s thoroughly dry. If it still has an odor, repeat the first steps, but add a teaspoon of Dawn Ultra to the vinegar mixture and repeat the whole process.
Use a pet stain odor removal spray like Resolve pet expert stain and odor remover, found in carpet cleaning supplies. Armor and Stainmaster make similar products. The sprays can also be found in pet stores. Spray the area well and rub it in. Wait for about 10-15 minutes for it to neutralize odors. Then use an apholstery cleaning extractor like Bissell little green machine. Use plain water or water and rug cleaner to extract all liquid. Do a couple times if odor remains--you'll have to sniff it ;). Then place a thick cotton towel folded in half over the spot to help soak up wetness and aim fan at the area too. It depends on the weather but it should be mostly dry in 5 to six hours. Then remove towel for complete drying.
