You could sand it
Sam, Sentinel Pro makes various adhesive remover. But they're solvents, so it's indoor, you'll wanna avoid exposure, and most masks can only be effective for very short amount of time. Another idea, would be to use a power chisel to chip off mechanically to avoid solvents, but definitely use particulate mask and sealed goggles. It's best if you don't have to remove it.
